Our SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for ordering and supplying of parts;

1. Client provides laptop details and requested part.
2. We source pricing and availability
3. A quote is sent to client upon advise from supplier
4. Client pays - Direct deposit into account and provides us proof of payments
5. We issue a docket and receipt
6. We place order

ETA (estimated time of arrival) is 2 weeks upon order.
Niuginitek inspects the part before client takes delivery.

Niuginitek reserves the right to reject parts which have been tampered by clients upon parts returned.
* Return policies will be explained further to clients prior to ordering.
