THE construction of the Lowai-Finongang road in Upper Erap, Morobe, was recently launched to reconnect isolated communities with government services.

Led by Nawaeb Development Authority (DDA) chairman and local MP Theo Pelgen, this long-awaited project aims to provide access to vital infrastructure for the people of Lowai and Finongang, who had been cut off for over 10 years.
