✈️ Not your average day in the workshop...

When people think of us, they think of horse floats, trailers, truck bodies, repairs and custom engineering. So when this beauty arrived, the team couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces!

This is a Bristol 170 Freighter, and we've been given the incredible opportunity to help bring this piece of aviation history back to life.

Over the coming months we'll be designing and manufacturing brand new wings, carrying out structural engineering work and finishing it off with a fresh paint scheme.

It's projects like this that remind us why we love what we do. Engineering isn't just about steel – it's about solving problems, creating solutions and taking on challenges that others wouldn't.

We'll be sharing plenty of photos and videos as the restoration progresses, so make sure you're following along. We think this is going to be one amazing transformation.

Who knows... maybe one day you'll see this old girl looking as proud as she did decades ago.
