Chris recently brought his VR Calais in for a could of new bits
We made up a new custom 56mm twin core, dual pass radiator with a simple shroud to mount a new high cfm. fan

Along with a custom 5litre surge tank to suit the returnless fuel system, we made up a tank with mounts to fit under the car, and plumbed in a new Bosch pump

Then we've made up.a custom header back stainless exhaust system with a pair of. chambered ovals before the diff,
And topped off with an under drive crank pulley kit

We've had the pleasure of having Jeff's stunning Torana in the shop for a full stainless exhaust system including headers

We had .chote sweet little B1600 in the shop this week to mount engine and gearbox

We whipped up a tubular gearbox cross member, and some chassis mounting plates to suit the engine and breastplate
Along with a small notch in the firewall to clear slave cylinder, leaving plenty of room in the front of engine for radiator, fans, pulleys etc
