The weather is looking great so come on down to the
“ Outback “ . Where there will be food trucks & bouncy castles (if ground is not to soft & wet). Plus a couple of young up in coming entertainers, our very own local Charlie who covers every thing from pop to rock & blasts out some impressive guitar riffs,he will grace the stage around 10.30am. The Combined Pipers are to play. Then all the way from Marton we have Waihīrere a very talented young lady who with her beautiful voice & guitar will have you wanting more. Then wander down to the Main St with local shops & stalls to tempt you. So get off your devices & get some fresh air & sunshine. Seeya there !

The Spoon Men are a dynamic DUO and one of the hardest working musical acts based in Wellington performing at weddings,birthdays,and private events and more, being the resident band at JJ MURPHYS in Wellington city.
The duo are both from strong musical backgrounds who have combined their talents to form an act like no other,
And having our local boy Josh Obrien is even more special with his mate Logan❤️

Are a FOUR PC band based in Wellington overflowing with style and groove. Them Lovely Rogues perform some of finest pop songs of the last 6 decades from 50s, rock n roll all the way to current contemporary chart killers.
Available for weddings, birthdays, Xmas parties, private and corporate functions.

Rangitīkei District Council some have asked on your page if we use our Taihape Town Hall for shows…. This was our last before they closed us down feel free to browse through my page to see many more “sold out” performances. We do
it better than most if I don’t mind saying & no we don’t want the millions spent !
We want it Open that’s all .

Thanks St Josephs School, Taihape, For the opportunity to provide staging,lighting & tech for the shows huge amount of work for all involved but a special shout out to my team Michelle Jones thank-you (once again )for your outstanding job on lights & everything else you do….also Maddie for coming to the rescue when we needed it & Lilly you where there from the start..,,,,also my unseen hero’s in the mic room who never get to see the show Tanya Coogan Jen Rhodes 16 headsets to fit on 30 kids professionals would of had trouble! .,,,,,,……..!!!!
& that director Ariana Hansen you where like the pied piper getting the most out of all those wonderfully talented children !!!!

Mokai Patea Services will be delivering their biannual Waitangi Big Day Out event again this year. We have a fantastic venue, down at the Kokako Street Hall.

If you haven't planned anything for Waitangi Day, Monday 6th February, come down and join in.

There are games and activities for the Tamariki and Rangatahi, some live entertainment, and free refreshment provided.

This is a Smokefree, Alcohol free, Drug free, and Violence free event.

Bring some cushions, sun hats, bottles of water, and positivity to have a great day out.
