We rebuild a lot of truck and bus drag links for many customers throughout New Zealand and some for Australia.
We make new inner seats, balls/tapers made in our CNC machine and supply new springs and dust boots. We have a case hardening kiln for truck and bus joints.

Mercedes truck drag link. Remanufactured with all new internal parts made onsite in our CNC lathe. Case hardened ball and inner seat. For $505 plus gst, for both ends of joint. We add grease ni***es, which customers like. Ready for COF. A very good product at a very good price. Truck and bus joints are our main business.

Just wanted to put out there that we also make bushes to suit. This bush (in red) is for a Suzuki. They couldn’t buy this one, the part was obsolete. Done for $155 plus gst.

Made a new Chevrolet C10 drag link to match a sample mock up a customer made.
I made it out of 45mm EN36A material and machined it to shape. Heated and bent to the right angle, then re-heated to normalize the steel. Milled the flats and added the correct tapers. Very tricky and time consuming with all the bends and angles.

Here we make a new subframe bush for three Nissan Skylines. Nissan Fuga’s are very similar. Each bush is push out and subframe measured as they can very in diameter. Bush housings are made to measure. Then inner parts machined and assembled.

Made a new Dodge drag link from sample supplied. Made from a solid piece of round bar. We like to add a few millimetres to the thickness when we can, without losing the look of the original. We also use good quality material.
