Another BF Falcon Rebel Edition through Full Throttle today. 🔥

This one came in for a few crowd favourites using PCMTEC on the Barra platform.

Work carried out:

The ZF tune sharpens up shift speed, improves shift behaviour and makes the transmission feel much more responsive, while the pops & bangs and Arab limiter give it the sound to match.

Ford Barra BA–FGX ECU Remapping, Bench Flashing and standalone harnesses!

Available services starting from $350:
- PATS (Immobiliser) OFF — ideal for engine swaps or bypassing PATS faults.
- Fuel hardcut rev limiter.
- Torque limit removal.
- DTC (fault code) switch-offs — including catalytic converter related faults.
- Decel pops & bangs.
- Arab limiter (off-road/show use only).
- Turbo tune onto N/A PCM for +T Barra conversions.
- Ghost cam / lumpy cam overlap idle.
- Manual conversion calibration.
- ZF 6HP transmission tuning (vehicle required in person).

We configure ECUs on the bench for engine swaps and also do mail-order reflashing without needing the vehicle present. We can also turn your exisiting harness into a standalone setup for track cars, burnout cars, boats and whatever you’re engine swapping!

Another FG XR6 in for a little spice!

This customer wanted a custom flame tune which we have learnt how to do specifically for the Barra platform with PCMTEC software.

We configured the calibration to produce bangs and flames while keeping the rest of the vehicle drivability intact, fully flashed through PCMTEC.

Every tune we do is customised to suit the vehicle and setup.

This vehicle received:

-Decel fuel and ignition calibration for pops and bangs
-Ignition cut rev limiter
-Transmission tune to get the N/A ZF shifting a bit more nicely

⚠️ Ignition cut limiter is not recommended for daily driven vehicles. These tune setups place significantly more strain on engine components, particularly the valves and oil pump gears and as such are intended for off-road/show or motorsport use.

Customer got their roof racks we supplied fitted to their PY Ranger!

And finally a customer got their STi spoiler painted and fitted that we supplied and the vehicle is now up for sale 💯

Another Triton getting the hardcut limiter treatment!

Mitsubishi Triton through the workshop for one of our popular EuroTune hard fuel cut limiter maps.

This Triton now has a 4,000 RPM hard fuel cut rev limiter programmed into the factory ECU, giving it that crisp limiter sound while keeping normal driving behaviour untouched.

Hardcut limiter on this tough 2014 Mazda BT-50 3.2 🔥

Another 3.2L through the shop for one of our popular hardcut limiters. This one now has a crisp fuel cut limiter programmed into the factory ECU, giving it that signature limiter sound while retaining normal drivability.
