It’s been another busy week here at Full Throttle!

This week has been packed with a great mix of tuning and performance upgrades.

✅ 2 vehicles got Pops & Bangs calibrations, each tailored to suit the customer’s setup and driving style.

✅ Another vehicle rolled out with a custom ECU remap, delivering improved performance, sharper throttle response and a much more enjoyable drive.

📦 On top of that, we’ve had plenty of performance parts heading out the door to customers around New Zealand.

10R60 and 10R80 transmission remapping available now for your Ranger, Mustang or F series trucks!

This auto Toyota GT86 stopped in for a Stage 2 custom remap, giving it a noticeable boost in performance and a much sharper driving experience.

To finish it off, we also added a custom Pops & Bangs calibration, giving the car a much more exciting exhaust note and plenty of character on overrun.

Every calibration is tailored to the individual vehicle to ensure great drivability while getting the most out of the package.

This B8 Audi S4 3.0 TFSI came in for one thing only, a custom Pops & Bangs calibration by EuroTune

We tailored the overrun to suit the vehicle, giving it crisp crackles and a much more aggressive exhaust note while keeping everyday drivability intact.

Every calibration is customised to the individual vehicle, so whether you’re after subtle crackles or something a bit more lively, we can tune it to suit.

FG2 XR6 out the door after a custom ECU remap! 🔥

For this one we added:
✅ Decel burbles
✅ Hardcut limiter
✅ Ghost cam idle
✅ Speed cut removal
✅ Catalytic converter fault removed from the ECU

With the catalytic converter fault deleted from the calibration, the customer can now remove the factory catalytic converter in the future without triggering a check engine light for catalyst efficiency.

Every tune is tailored to the customer’s requirements, whether you’re after more power, improved drivability or just a bit more character from your Barra.

Out with the old, in with the new.

The factory plastic coolant expansion tanks on BA/BF and FG/FGX Falcons are well known for becoming discoloured, brittle and prone to cracking over time.

We replaced this ageing factory tank with one of our aluminium coolant expansion tanks, giving the engine bay a cleaner, more modern look while providing a much more durable long-term solution.

Certification prep today on this tidy BA XR6 Turbo ute!

We fitted a driveshaft hoop to help get the car ready for certification, as this car has a single piece driveshaft only one loop was required at the front, this prevents any pole-vaulting if the universal joint fails.

We also fitted one of our aluminium coolant expansion tanks, this not only gives the engine bay a much cleaner look but also offers improved durability over the factory plastic tank that’s known to discolour and become brittle with age.

One of the most widespread ECUs fitted to Ford 2.0 EcoBlue engines can now be reprogrammed completely via OBD, giving workshops a faster, more practical and fully OBD-based solution.

Another 3.0 V6 TDI Amarok sorted with a complete DPF solution 👍🏼

Customer removed the DPF assembly from the vehicle themselves and dropped it by. We carried out the physical modifications to the DPF assembly and then completed the ECU software solution upon returning the assembly to the customer.

This permanently eliminates DPF related faults, regenerations and limp mode, all the customer needed to do was reinstall the assembly!

With the DPF system correctly removed from both the hardware and software side, this Amarok is back on the road with improved reliability, better exhaust flow and no more DPF headaches.
