Well done Jesse one of the team on the roofing side of our manufacturing company which supplies roofing iron, wall cladding, flashings, screws and paper for all your roofing needs

i am recently widowed and not in a good mindset at the moment. i needed a small manufacturing job done and spoke to Jesse on a Monday morning, explaining what i needed. Jesse gave me an immediate quote, and we agreed that i would go ahead. pick up from levin would be Thursday. on Tuesday i phoned and asked if it was possible to have the product for pick up on Wednesday as it was due to rain and i am not a confident driver. Jesse checked and it was no problem for the next day for me to collect. i arrived, the order was ready, Jesse packed it into my car for me and was even concerned about damage to front passenger seat and advised to put a cloth bag under it. he gave me a hug and said he hoped the job would go well. i have never had such outstanding service before from a company and Jesse was a young man who has a heart and i am just so grateful for his service. when i returned home i spoke to one of the owners of quin roofing and told her how impressed i was and thought it only right that they hear about the outstanding service their staff member had provided. thank you Jesse - you are a beautiful sole.
