Cleaner / Campground Assistant
Peketa Campground, Kaikōura
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team at Peketa Campground.
This role is primarily focused on cleaning our campground facilities, accommodation, and common areas to ensure a high standard for our guests. As part of a small team, there will also be times when you'll be asked to help out in other areas of the business, including assisting our maintenance team with general tasks when required.
What you'll be doing:
Cleaning amenities, cabins, kitchens and communal areas
Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues
Helping maintain the overall presentation of the campground
Assisting with laundry duties when required
Supporting the maintenance team and other campground operations as needed
What we're looking for:
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to be flexible and help out where needed
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential.
