Hi everyone, the 2026 year is taking off full swing for the Dodge team. We are looking for a couple of workers to join our team.

Civil labour with carpentry experience.

We are after someone that is fit, energetic, positive with a can do attitude. Need to be able to work Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays. Need to be reliable with your own transport to get to and from work. We do a large range of work from building retaining walls to bridges, you name it we do it.

Machine operator/truck driver.

We are needing someone with experience with driving Excavators, Bobcats, Bulldozers And Tractors. Would be great if you have experience drilling holes and using a wide variety of attachments. This is all modern gear with a large variety of sizes. We are looking for a experienced truck driver as well, class 2,4 and 5 would be helpful.
