Automotive Electrician

Urgently looking for a trade qualified Auto Electrician who is looking for long term permanent role.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Auto Electrician (would be an advantage).

The role is to carry out and oversee a full range of auto-electrical duties on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults within their fleet of modern Road Transport and trailers in accordance with all company standards, legislative and manufacturer requirements.

To be successful, you need to have the following:

National Certificate in Heavy Automotive Electrical Engineering
Significant experience in planned and reactive maintenance
Experience or willingness to learn all aspects of vehicle diagnostic equipment
Good electrical fault finding and diagnosis of lights, EBS & ABS issues
Experience with electronics, sensors and air-conditioning
Strong knowledge in servicing and repairing
You enjoy being part of a team environment but have ability to work unsupervised
Current Full Drivers Licence
We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, who is thorough, efficient and also possess great communication skills face to face and over the phone. This is an interesting and varied role for the successful applicant. On going training and opportunities to up skill is provided and encouraged.

We are seeking a trade certified mechanic to join our hardworking team. You’ll have lots of variety and challenge, as your work will include the servicing of vehicles both in the field and workshop.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A relevant Trade Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years post trade workshop experience
• Experience in servicing and repairs to a range of vehicles, including light petrol through to diesel, hybrid and electric, Performance cars would be an advantage
• A full current drivers’ licence

In addition, you will have:
• A strong work ethic and reliability
• The ability to work un-supervised
• A positive attitude and be a good team worker
• Organised work practices with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills – with complete fluency in English
• Good understanding of and adherence to Health and Safety requirements
• Professional and cleanliness is a must during working hours.

Hi all, we're now after another mechanic to expand our team of 3 already. Must have experience as we are a busy workshop.

We already have 3 mechanics but after 1 more to keep up with the workload as we keep getting busy.

This isn't a part time or a temp role. It's a full time job with overtime available. Must be flexible with hours and weekends
