The much awaited revision to the Hustler Fatboy is upon us! Production is due to start later this month on the first Gen2 Fatboy fitted with a Hustler V200 engine.

Key design points were to increase frame size to accommodate the larger Hustler V200 engine along with ergonomic and handling benefits.

Overall wheelbase is increased by 150mm (6”) and seat height is up by 50mm (2”). Rake is increased 2 degrees to a total of 25 degrees, improving trail and high speed stability.

A one piece SLM printed head stock tube junction incorporates a steering stop and eliminates stress risers and heat affected zones in this critical location.

Engine options: G120, G200, Robin EX21 Key Start, Sachs KM48 Wankel, Hustler V200.

Optional heavy wall tubing available for extra robustness and weight capacity.

Fork tubes increased to 1” for rigidity and manufacturing efficiencies.

The V200 engine is available exclusively in Hustler custom builds. It is a New Zealand made limited numbers production engine. So far 3 V200’s have been issued to customers fitted in their custom Hustler Minibikes.
