Merry Christmas from the Auckland Morris Minor Car Club! 🎄

Wishing all our members, family, and friends a very merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year!

We’ve had some great runs this year — a few twists, a few turns, and thankfully not too many roadside “character-building moments” 😄 — and we’re really looking forward to getting out on the road again for our upcoming runs.

It’s been a real pleasure getting to know our members, both new and old. Whether you’ve been with us for years or have only just joined the convoy, thank you for the laughs, the yarns, and the shared love of these little cars with big personalities.

Wishing you all a safe, relaxing Christmas filled with good food, good company, and maybe even a sneaky polish of the Morris if the weather plays ball ☀️🚘

On another note to top off our spectacular day a special prize giving and a shout out to our club Secretary - Pauline who did a lot of mahi on the new club rules and regulations. This was a new requirment set out by our government of the day so that we may be recognised as an affiliated club recognised by the NZ government! Whilst other clubs paid a fortune on Lawyers, our Pauline hit the mark and the paperwork was accepted straight away. What a super star🤩🌟 Pauline!

Finally some Christmas cheer and frivolity! Thank you to Santa’s little helpers for ensuring everyone received a gift. What a pleasure it was getting to know our club member’s! You are awesome!!

The final stretch Taupaki to Swanson RSA where we stopped and admired the many cars who had travelled with us and who meet us there. Shout out to our Morris Minor family who supported us when we venutred off track and took us tiki touring. It was a team effort 😊
