This page is to gather, share and show the history, and progress of restoring the 1992 Jägermeister M3. We hope that anyone that has valuable information , or history, pictures etc regarding the Jägermeister DTM M3 from the 1992 season, and its life afterwards will share it with us. Armin Hahne, and Wayne Gardner and where built, and ran by team Linder in the 1992 season. For the 1993 season the c

ar had the exterior repainted white, and ran under the ITEM livery with Harald Becker as the driver. The car now resides in Norway, and was restored by the owner with help of good friends and a great DTM M3 Community! Besides this particular car the owner of the Jägermeister car also have several other original BMW Motorsport cars which will be presented here as well. NOTE:
The owner of the car, and publisher of information here is no expert. He learns every day, and can eventually be misinformed, and/or have misunderstood information! Also please be nice, and act politely towards other guests, comments, and choose your language visely.

We’re all about E30 M3s, and the DTM raced ones in particular. ☺️🤩

But the years that followed after 92, BMW launched very successful BMW E36s into the STW program.

Series going on all over the world, and fiercely competition.

The STW era is great, and there is so many nice cars of all brands, and BMW especially. 😎😍

There they had a BMW special in the Vault, some very fine race cars there.

Among them a M3 Grp A/DTM…. Anyone here know the history?

🤩Got some info: this is said to be the # 6 car in the 92 SPA 24h race.
After the race the car was delivered to BMW again, and probably sometime later sent to BMW NA. Over the years it can seem as it doesn’t retain its full spec anymore technical vise.

Nonetheless a nice car 🤩
