This baby will be released 4 weeks! The new Orange Lion Performance titanium header system with Powerbomb for the KTM 690 and the Husqvarna 701. Fits the original and all aftermarket mufflers. Yep. We are busy!! After some delays the first batch of decats for the 2024 KTM 890’s will be ready by the end of this week, and we made a new model! Full titanium with a damping sound chamber. Also…we have a header system for the KTM 690 a Husky 701 in the making and a header for the Yamaha Tenere 700! Coming soon!

So…after the titanium header-system for the AJP PR7, we are now working on an aftermarket muffler for this bike (with DB-killer) This is the first basic fitment-test. A lot RD-problems to overcome (space between link-arm, crash resistance of the muffler and bracket) , but what do you think. Should we get our heads down into this one?

Our freshly developed titanium header system for the AJP PR7 is produced, tested and in stock. This system eliminates the catalystic converter and works brilliantly with the official AJP power mappings, normally used with the DOMA power kit. Interested in this system?
