MX WHEELS

Haan Wheels produces complete motocross wheels for almost all popular off road bikes. These wheels are build with top level quality products. This is proven due the fact 50% of the world championship racing teams are using Haan Wheels in their race bikes. Haan Wheels are build with our own hubs manufactured in the Netherlands from billet 6082 alloy. Manufacturing is done with the lates

t CNC technologyto ensure great precision and maximum strength of these hubs. Tested on race tracks by factory teams our hubs exceeds all quality standards. Our program also includes hubs with β€œcush” drive sprocket system witch means the sprocket is placed in rubbers. This is mainly used for long distance rally’s like the Dakar rally. Spokes used in Haan Wheels are from an extreme strong high tension stainless steel. With a strength of 30% more than original spokes they are not only the strongest available but they also keep nice and shine due the fact they are made from stainless steel. On these spokes steel nipples are used to prevent loose spokes after riding as seen with the original aluminium nipples. A special zinc coating keeps this nipples protected from corrosion. Haan Wheels uses exclusively RK Excel rims in their wheels. This Japanese made rim is the top level quality rim since many years. Made from 7000 series alloy and anodized in several colours this rim is by far the best as proven due the fact that 90% of the factory teams are using this rims in their bikes. This new rim is even 15% stronger than the normal RK Excel rim. This is accomplished due the use of new alloy and a new design of the profile witch is a little bit more V shaped. This A60 rim is only made in black colour and is finished with a silver metallic pinstripe on the side of the rim. Sprocket bolts and brake disc bolts come included with the wheels.
