The next situation that can cause overheating and reduced engine power:
2. Blocked exhaust catalytic converter (indomine). The exhaust catalyst helps in reduction of NOx and CO emission in the atmosphere. It also assists in controlling quantity of fuel consumed. If the exhaust is blocked it is compared to someone who cannot remove waste after eating. The individual cannot eat well. Confirmation: loose out sensor 1 for 4 cylinder or sensor 1 bank 1&2 for v-6 engines. Start the engine and increase its rpm. Check the diff. Free consultation available.

1. Clogged Air Filter. Clogged air filter causes your vehicle not to breathe well. This is compared to your nose being blocked. Please make sure that your air filter is always clean using high pressurized air. You can replace it after 3 years.
