- Fuel + chauffeur inclusive.
- Limo operations hour: 7am - 7pm

- 10hrs service within Abuja environs
- Fuel + chauffeur Inclusive
*|| PORT - HARCOURT & ASABA ||*
- 7am - 7pm
- Driver inclusive
- VIP Fuels

- OVERTIME CHARGE APPLIES - PER HOUR

- VIP PROVIDES ACCOMMODATION & FEEDING FOR DRIVER DURING 24HRS SERVICE.

- Our Hire Service is Chauffeur Driven (We DO NOT offer Self Drive Services)
- We Will Provide You with an Experienced and Trust Worthy Chauffeur.
- VIP to Provide Accommodation and driver's upkeep During 24Hrs Service & Inter State Operations.
- CHAUFFEUR Not Allowed to Sleep in The Vehicle.
*|| FUEL ||*- Yes, For Operations Within Lagos & Abuja.
- One Full Tank for Interstate Trip From Lagos & Abuja, Hereafter Client bears fueling cost.
*|| INTER - STATE TRAVEL ||*
- HIRE RATE FOR INTER STATE OPERATIONS defer from rate for Operations within Our Operation base: LAGOS - ABUJA - PH
- Please note that places outside the basic travel routes are charged differently.
- Please note also For Lagos, places like:
AJAH-EPE-DANGOTE REFINERY
AGO - FESTAC - BADAGRY
IBAFO - MOWE
IYANA-IPAJA - ABULE EGBA - SANGO
IKORODU
Are not included in the basic rate, they are outside the basic operations routes and as such we charge differently for these locations.
- Client to Bear Chauffeur's Accommodation & Upkeep and fuel The Vehicle.
- WE DO NOT TRAVEL INTER-STATE AT NIGHT
*|| CANCELLATION POLICY ||*
If a payment has been made, then the following will apply:
- Cancellation prior to 48 Hours of the hire commencing, 50% OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT PAID SHALL BE REFUNDED.- Cancellation after the 48 Hours prior to commencing of the service, NO REFUND.
- In the event that the hirer wishes to cancel 2 weeks before the commencement date of the service, a 15% ADMIN CHARGE SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SERVICE AMOUNT PAID.
- Should the hirer wish to cancel the hire less than 2 weeks but not 48hrs before the hire day, a 20% ADMIN CHARGE SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SERVICE AMOUNT PAID.
- If the hirer fails to utilize the vehicle on the specified date, any payments made shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If the vehicle arrives your location on the date of the hire and the client cancels the service, any payment made is NON- REFUNDABLE.
*|| MODIFICATION ||*
- Should the hirer decide to change the date or time of their booking, a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the commencement of the hire to move the booking to a different date/time (subject to availability). In this case, the hirer’s payment will be transferred to the new date.
- Amendments to bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the hire may incur a loss of payment. (This decision is made at the discretion of the management)
