My first Arrest and formally charged was at the age of
1. At age of 25 years: Arrested and accused of Interfering with man and women in uniform: Walvisbay bay main police station.Walvisbay:
Outcome: I won the case.
2.at age of 26 years: arrested of and accused of pulling a gun on female Municipality traffic officer:

Outcome: was released on warning but the traffic office gave me a fine of 4000 for apparently driving a fake taxi and 1000 for not complying.
Results: The female traffic officer tried to talk to ladies at the court to convince me to pay just half of the amount 2500 because I disputed the tickets but that day they called me in court I just told them let me go get the money.and I waited for the court trial date. The female municipality traffic officer never showed up,postponed, and postponed and last time I told the judge I’m tired of coming to court why is the officer giving excuses all the time. Case was striked off court roll, and I got my N$5000 back cash like cash from the court.
3.at age of 27: I got arrested for Attempt MURDER.
Walvisbay bay main police station. A white guy came to my house to beat me,apparently i stress her girlfriend at the driving school. I can’t remember well but when he threw the first punch I just saw him already on the ground,heavily breeding. He later ran to the police with his girlfriend in their work bakkie and accused me of cutting him with Machete/ panga but honestly I just used my hands it’s just that I hit him so hard that his skin is to shoft and he got deep cut woonds because he has soft muscles and one of his fingers also almost fell of because he had soft bones. Anyways it was just self defense cos he came to attack me at my huis
Outcome: spending 7 days in custody,I managed to get bail, 2 days before the date of the trial the investigation officer,now No more 🕊. Called me to solve the issues with the people and finalize the case at the police. I refused,the next day he called me and said the complainants(owner of the case ) are there and I should go so I go sign because they want to withdraw the case I said No let’s meet in court.
Results: they did not show up. Case striked from the court roll!
4.At the age of 28. I got arrested and accused of, the following count by a police officer. The police officer opened a case Aganist me after he is the one who started harassing me and I retaliated thn he ran away.
Count 1. Attempt murder
2. Assault by threatening
3. Racism
4. Obstruction the course of Justice
5.inciting violence and crime
But the officer is the one who started harrasing me first after coming to me to demand refund money on behalf of one of my female client.
Results: Released on warning after 2 days in custody.
5.At age 29 years: arrested and accused of not wearing a seatbelt. Walvisbay main police station.
Outcome,after 2 days in custody.i was released on bail. Case postponed to for trial.
Now do your analysis,if you understand the law,police have no power to take or put you in jail. They can just intimidate you for 72 hours if I’m not mistaken. If I’m really a problematic person. The court could have dealt with me. But everytime.
Just me alone,without lawyers.just me representing myself because I like money and I can’t waste it on lawyers because I believe I’m smart and also I’m always ACCUSED.! All the police officers inlove do never disrespected them.They were all used by the whites and colored business man to deal with me. The coloreds gives them money and buy them electricity so they teach me a lesson.. so technically these officers have been scamming my clients who misbehaved and think they have connections.they all lost their money for nothing.
Also I also found another amicable way to deal with people who use and take advantage of police officers situation (low saraly) to deal with me.They just give them cooldrinks and buy them electricity or airtime or put fuel in their personal car. Some White people using my own brothers on me..
What I want is peace and harmony. Like Walvisbay is a small town and we just need to live nicely together without dealing with each other because you never know and you might miscalculate your victims. It’s not nice to make enemies and crimes don’t pay. And Wars don’t have a winer.
Mr P doesn’t commit serious crime,any crime I have committed I’m always triggered or in the process of self defense. Honestly no man would allow another man to f*ck him around just like that without defending themselves or their business.
Business is war! And any Entrepreneur must fight.
