The sun rose toward the north, streamed through the open bathroom window, tumbled down the stairs and out the front door. Summertime.

Sitting comfortably indoors, watching the leaves outside beginning to stir as the wind kicks up. And getting a little stuck in the Great Big Not-Here Internet, which gives a rather scary picture of the winds forecast for the next three days in Northern California. Right here, right now, all is well.
