Fuel system i've recently completed for a 600++rwhp rb30det. Single Bosch 190 for feed pump to the surge tank and dual Bosch 044 supply to the rail. The hardlines are fabricated from a 1/2" aluminium tubing and all the soft lines are utilizing teflon braided hose with -8 size. Surge tank/fuel pump combo are mounted on a fabricated base plate made out of 2mm thick stainless steel. The way everything was done before i got my hands on it are way worse than OEM configuration.

This is done on a Honda EK hatch rear interior panel. The hole was cut out to accommodate the miracle cross bar. It was then lined with rubber stripping for an oem-ish/pro finish.

400k km worth of carbon cake and oil crud stuck on this W126 M103 engine. Everything was cleaned off and special care given to the piston ring grooves. It cannot have any deep scratches from cleaning and not even one tiny leftover oil crud or the piston ring wont seal perfectly. Nevertheless, job done. Oh we also do restoration on older model continentals. before electronics took over. :)

Sr20det stripped block to turbo oil feed thread solution. A simple M16x2.0 s/s bolt machined to accept m10x1.25 banjo bolt. Originally the thread at the block is m12x1.25, which has already been retapped to m14x1.5 but poorly done. That resulted in stripped thread as well. So i retapped it to m16x2.0. This is the last solution without having to dismantle the engine.

Alternator refurbish. It was dismantled, the crud and oil washed off, casing sent for beadblasting, all the fasterners regalvanized and reassembled back together again. So your fully built engine doesnt look like s**t when everything is back together again. This is the level of detailed work I offer. I wont settle for anything less.

Choosing an ECU is one of the most crucial part of your build. Its not just about the fuel and ignition control. Its how "smart" the ecu can operate. This Vipec I88 is one of the best ECU out there on the market.

When i see a "street car" with 1500 idle speed because the stupid ECU is not capable to control the idle valve and intermittent stalling while driving with the AC on, i wonder, why the f**k would one person, spend money on their car to make it worse from when it came from factory.

So boys, choose your ecu wisely. Dont be cheap.

S.O.P on a clutch/rear main seal job. Clean the s**t out of everything, thread cleanup, loctite and torque to spec. Some shops dont even bother cleaning, let alone using a torque wrench.

This is my standard when doing metal brackets to mount cooler/catch tank/etc. I dont use predrilled straight bar. I dont use cable ties. I dont use filmsy amateur s**t. The round stock is stainless steel while the rest of the components are steel. Fastening hardwares are definitely stainless steel bolts and nuts. Any higher than this will be CNCed billet mounts.
