Operating Days: Tuesdays to Sundays (inclusive of public holidays)
Operating Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Position Available: Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee customer appointments, inquiries, and complaints with a focus on exceptional service.
- Handle cashier duties and manage financial transactions effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Conduct thorough quality control (QC) to uphold our high standards of car care.
- Act as the liaison between the JMB of Sri Manja Square and relevant authorities during inspections and checks.
- Manage and guide staff accordingly
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop and its surroundings
Candidate Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen with a minimum of 2 years of experience in auto care, particularly in detailing, interior restoration, headlamp restoration, and polishing (both paint and mirror coating).
- Possess a Class *'D'* driving license with experience driving various vehicle makes, including 4x4s and large passenger vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for car care and detailing.
- Warm and friendly demeanor, capable of building rapport with customers.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Remuneration and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,000 to RM3,000 (commensurate with experience)
- EPF & SOCSO contributions
- Commission: 3% ~ 5% based on tiered revenue (daily, weekly, monthly)
