Itasha (痛 车?), ataupon "painmobile", adalah istilah Jepun untuk trend Otaku(diehard fans anime/manga) individu yg menghiasi badan kereta mereka dengan watak-watak fiksyen anime, manga, atau video permainan, (permainan terutama bishōjo atau eroge), vokaloid. Watak-watak ini adalah sebahagian besarnya adalah watak "comel" perempuan. Hiasan biasanya melibatkan skim cat, pelekat, air

brush. kalo keta dipanggil itasha, manakala motosikal dan basikal dipanggil itansha (痛 単 车?) Dan itachari (痛 チャリ?). Kalu jepon biasa jumpa kat Akihibara (Tokyo), Nipponbashi (Osaka), atau Osu (Nagoya). kat Malaysia baru lagi....KL, JB, Selangor, Sabah, Sarawak adalah negeri2 awal sampainya itasha. Itasha (痛車?, literally "painful car"), is a Japanese term for an otaku fad of individuals decorating the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games (especially bishōjo game or eroge). These characters are predominately "cute" female. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers. Automobiles are called itasha, while similar motorcycles and bicycles are called itansha (痛単車?) and itachari (痛チャリ?), respectively.
