After a 75-year absence, we're back at the field where it all started - Ras Al Sadr.
Ras Al Sadr was Abu Dhabi's first-ever exploratory well. While that first well ran 'dry', we've applied the latest AI-enabled technologies - including the world's largest 3D seismic survey - to discover deposits not found during the first exploration.
The field is now set to produce 100 million standard cubic feet per day by 2026, equivalent to Sweden's daily gas needs. We're proud to have achieved this while working closely with local communities and preserving the environment.
