Honda HR-V

Customer complaint of steering swaying left and right while driving, with knocking noise when going over uneven roads.

Inspection found a faulty steering rack. Crossmember was removed and the steering rack was replaced. Vehicle handling is now stable and drives like new again.

Also replaced the drive belt and tensioner due to abnormal noise.

Toyota Vellfire AGH30

Another successful repair completed on a Toyota Vellfire AGH30.

Diagnosis revealed a faulty A/C compressor with abnormal high-pressure failure, resulting in poor cooling performance. The compressor was replaced and the entire A/C system was tested thoroughly.

After repair, system pressures returned to normal and the air conditioning cooling performance was fully restored.

✅ Replaced the AT oil cooler
✅ Replaced the flywheel oil seal
