We acknowledge that ARC AUTOS (M) SDN BHD is the first user and proprietor of the TONNKA trademark. We will not at any time in the future advertise, promote, manufacture, import, export, offer for sale, sell, distribute, possess for the purpose of trade or business any goods, merchandise, accessories, packaging or commercial documentation whatsoever that bear any mark identical or confusingly similar to the TONNKA trademark and/or to any other trademarks owned by ARC AUTOS (M) SDN. BHD. which are not supplied, manufactured and distributed by ARC AUTOS (M) SDN. BHD.
