Discuss problems making mold

This is work done to get a mold to make door frame out of composite. Have cut out the metal frame from salvage car and added material on edges that gives me a positive to make my mold. Will make a mold of both sides and make two pieces from each for the 4 doors.

This is the second part of how I lay-up the composite material. After all the material is laid, just use cut-up plastic trash bags to put on top so you can smooth material better. I also use vacuum bags to do smaller pieces, nothing fancy just a storage bag from Home Depot. Have watched You Tube Videos of other methods of Vacuum Bagging with lots of special layers etc. I like keeping it simple. Those methods are for pieces that are going to be exposed and need to be flawless, I'm more worried about strength since none of these pieces are exposed.
