Racetrackstudio Hello! I'm Umberto and I am professional motorsport automotive photographer. To me, photography isn't just about shooting racecars and supercars.

I try to convey my passion through my shots, filled with emotions arising from motor racing. On Racetrack Studio, you will be able to look at pictures I took in close collaboration with some of the most important teams, event organizers and car manufacturers in the world. I hope you will be able to grasp the essence of my photographs, which tell stories of men who pursue their dreams and undertake any challenge, of men who live on the edge, bound by an unrestrainable passion that runs on the thread of high speed.

Meet the human face of Formula One: the one and only Gerhard Berger! 🇦🇹

Gerhard nella sua vita è stato autista di camion, meccanico, pilota di Formula 1 ed imprenditore, ma sopratutto è una persona normale. Un ragazzo proveniente dalle Alpi Austriache, dal piede pesante (molto pesante) che ha saputo farsi spazio in uno sport difficile e che ieri è tornato alla guida di una monoposto di Maranello 🫶🏻

Oltre ad essere un alfiere Ferrari, Gerhard è stato un grande pilota Benetton Formula , autore di una romantica doppietta: sia la prima vittoria del team Anglo-Italiano (1986) che dell'ultima (1997).

Grazie Gerhard, è stato bello poterti incontrare di nuovo! 👏🏻

La Benetton Formula è una di quelle squadre per cui ho sempre avuto qualcosa in più.

Veder girare in pista la B191 Chassis 02, quindi, per me ha avuto un sapore davvero particolare. È una di quelle macchine che basta vedere e sentire passare per riportarti subito a un’altra Formula 1.

Grazie a Ewen Sergison per averla portata a Gran Premio Storico d'Italia e aver condiviso con noi appassionati un momento così. 💚🏁

Un altro Historic Minardi Day è passato, e come ogni anno torniamo a casa con migliaia di fotografie e la sensazione che questo evento abbia qualcosa di speciale.

Monoposto che hanno fatto la storia, piloti che le hanno vissute davvero e soprattutto la possibilità di vedere e sentire da vicino un motorsport che appartiene a un’altra epoca.

Per noi di Racetrack Studio è ormai un appuntamento fisso, ma non diventa mai routine.
