Prime Lanka Automobile (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant Executive / Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

We are a Japanese Hybrid Spare Parts Import & Automotive Workshop business located in the heart of Thalawathugoda.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take responsibility for the company’s accounting operations, work closely with management, and build a long-term career with us.

💼 ABOUT THE JOB ROLE

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing monthly financial statements and management accounts
• Handling all company payments and ensuring timely completion of monthly accounts
• Maintaining daily accounts, petty cash, receipts and payments
• Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Preparing and monitoring cash flow and financial forecasts
• Conducting bank reconciliations and maintaining bank records
• Handling tax-related matters and statutory requirements
• Managing monthly payroll, EPF & ETF processes
• Monitoring inventory-related accounting, including spare parts purchases, imports and stock adjustments
• Preparing import costing and related accounting entries
• Reviewing purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment vouchers and other financial documents
• Assisting management with financial analysis, budgeting and cost control
• Coordinating with auditors, banks, suppliers and other external parties when required
• Ensuring proper documentation and filing of all accounting records
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring necessary reconciliations and corrections
• Maintaining proper internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Preparing regular financial reports and updates for management
• Supervising and guiding junior accounting staff when required

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan accounting practices and taxation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience with Accounts Software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines vs
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented

Prime Lanka Automobile (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated, professional, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

We are a growing Japanese Hybrid Vehicle Spare Parts Import & Automotive Workshop business located in Thalawathugoda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities
• Promote and sell automobile and hybrid vehicle spare parts
• Generate new customers and expand the company’s customer base
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Work towards higher sales targets to maximize commission earnings
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle incoming telephone calls professionally
• Provide customers with accurate product information and suitable spare-part solutions
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales records, and follow-up details
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and potential sales
• Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, and workshop teams to ensure smooth customer service
• Provide regular sales updates and feedback to management

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in automobile sales, spare parts, or a related field will be highly advantageous
• Good knowledge of automobiles and hybrid vehicle spare parts is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in dealing with customers
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Good telephone etiquette and professional communication
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage

SALARY & COMMISSION

💰 Basic Salary: Rs. 50,000+

➕ Attractive performance-based commission

🎯 Higher sales achievement = Higher commission
