🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 10

THE PRICE OF RACING — LEGENDS WE LOST. LESSONS WE GAINED. 🕊️

🇯🇵 Daijiro Kato — #74

2001 වසරේ 250cc World Champion වුණු ජපානයේ Daijiro Kato, Grand Prix victories 17ක් ලබාගත් අතිදක්ෂ rider කෙනෙක්.

🇮🇹 Marco Simoncelli — #58

අද MotoGP ridersලා භාවිතා කරන airbag-equipped racing suits ඒකට හොඳ උදාහරණයක්. 2018 සිට World Championship classes වල permanent riders සඳහා airbag system සහිත race suits අනිවාර්ය කළා.

ඒ වගේම helmets සහ protective equipment දියුණු වීම, air fences, විශාල run-off areas, circuit safety features සහ medical response systems වගේ දේවල් rider safety වැඩි කරන්න වැදගත් වෙනවා.

Speed
Racing

Race to become better — not to prove something on the road. 🏁

අදින් අපේ BEYOND THE ROAD — MotoGP Chapter | EP 01–10 අවසන්.

We race.
They inspire.
We remember.
We respect.
And the journey continues. 🕊️🏁

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 09

Giacomo Agostini 🇮🇹

Mick Doohan 🇦🇺

Valentino Rossi 🇮🇹 — #46

ඔහුට World Championships 9ක් across all classes තිබෙන අතර ඒවායින් 7ක් premier class titles.

Casey Stoner 🇦🇺

Ducati වෙනුවෙන් premier-class World Championship එකක් දිනාගත් පළමු riderත් Stoner.

Jorge Lorenzo 🇪🇸

Marc Márquez 🇪🇸 — #93

MotoGP Hall of Fame

ඒ නිසා “Greatest of All Time” කියන එකට එකම නිවැරදි උත්තරයක් දෙන්න අමාරුයි.

Agostini.
Rossi.
Doohan.
අලුත් generation එකකට Márquez.

Different eras. Different machines. Different heroes.
But one passion — motorcycle racing. 🏁

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 08

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 07

Top Speed + Braking + Cornering + Tyres + Bike Setup + Strategy + Rider Skill + Teamwork.

MotoGP isn’t won on the straight.
It’s won lap by lap, corner by corner. 🏁

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 06

MotoGP එකේ Saturday එකත් Race Day එකක්! 🏍️🔥

Championship points. 🔥

The Sprint may be shorter, but the fight is never small. 🏁

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 05

FP1, Practice, Q1, Q2, Sprint, Warm Up…

Q2 Qualifying.

MotoGP Sprint. 🏁

SUNDAY — RACE DAY. ❤️‍🔥

Sunday උදේ MotoGP ridersලාට කෙටි Warm Up session එකක් තියෙනවා.

MotoGP Grand Prix. 🏆

Friday — Prepare.
Saturday — Qualify & Sprint.
Sunday — Race. 🏁

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 04

Road bike

Built for one purpose — TO RACE. 🔥

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 03

MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3…

🏁 BEYOND THE ROAD | MotoGP — EP 02

FIM Grand Prix World Championship World Championship එකට points ලබාදුන් ඉතිහාසයේ පළමු race එක පැවැත්වුණේ 1949 June 13, Isle of Man හිදී පැවැති 350cc race එකයි.

1949දී Isle of Man එකෙන් පටන්ගත්ත කතාව අද ලෝකයේ ඉහළම motorcycle racing stages අතර එකක් දක්වා පැමිණිලා.
