EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) System

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) System කියන්නේ NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) වායු දූෂණය අඩු කරන්න engine එකට එකතු කරලා තියෙන emission control system එකක්. Engine performance එකටත් යම් බලපෑමක් තියෙනවා.

EGR System එක වැඩ කරන ආකාරය

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් exhaust manifold එකෙන් පිටවන exhaust gas වලින් 5%–15% පමණ intake manifold එකට නැවත යවනවා.
මෙම exhaust gas වල oxygen අඩු නිසා combustion chamber එකේ temperature එක අඩු වෙනවා. Combustion temperature එක අඩු වුණාම NOx gas නිපදවීමත් අඩු වෙනවා.
Gas flow එක:
Exhaust Manifold → EGR Valve → Intake Manifold → Cylinder

EGR එක Open වෙන්නේ මොන අවස්තාවලදී ද?

සාමාන්‍ය Petrol Engine එකක:

✅ Light Cruise
✅ Steady Speed
✅ Medium Load

මේ වෙලාවල EGR open වෙනවා.

Closed වෙන්නේ,

Cold Start
Idle
Full Throttle
මේ වෙලාවල EGR සාමාන්‍යයෙන් වහලා තියෙනවා.

EGR System එක වැඩකරනවනම්,

Combustion temperature අඩු වෙනවා.
NOx emission අඩු වෙනවා.
Engine knock අඩු වෙන්න පුළුවන්.
Fuel economy සමහර අවස්ථාවල සුළු වශයෙන් හොඳ වෙන්නත් පුළුවන්.

°Carbon Build-up

EGR system එකේ සාමාන්‍ය ගැටලුව තමයි carbon deposit එකතු වීම.
පැරනි වාහන වලනම් ගොඩක් වෙලාවට company එකෙන් assemble කරල ආවට පස්සෙ ගලවලම නැ😅

Carbon එකතු වුණාම:

Valve stick වෙනවා.
Passages block වෙනවා.
Flow අඩු වෙනවා.
Idle ප්‍රශ්න ඇති වෙන්න පුළුවන්.

Daihatsu Hijet (2011) ECU Fault repair 💯

මේවගෙ fault වලට ecu replace කරන්න අවශ්‍ය නෑ..
මෙකෙත් fault එක හොයාගන්න බැරුව parts මාරු කරපු එකක්..අන්තිමට customer ට කියල තියෙන්නෙ ecu එකක් replace කරල බලන්න වෙනව කියල..

මේ සතියත් fb14 වෙවි වගෙ😅

AC control system එක repair කරගන්න නුවරඑලියෙ සිට ආව fb14 එක..මෙකෙ blower direction control එක වැඩකරෙ නැ..මෝටර් සහ ලිවර් system එක repair කරා..
heater control එකත් repair කරා..මේකෙ original ac thermistor එක තිබුනෙ නැ...එවෙනුවට Fridge වලට එන thermostat එකක් දාල තිබුනෙ..දැන් original තත්වෙට එක විතරයි අඩුපාඩු😢

ඔයාලගෙ වාහන මොකක් හරි repair එකකට දානවනම් ඉවත් කරන original parts මතක ඇතුව අරන් එන්න..❤️

Nissan Sunny FB14

මම කලින් දාපු post එක දැකල මාතලේ සිට මාව හොයාගෙන ආව තවත් job එකක් මෙකත්..
මෙකත් ආවෙ ප්‍රධානව AC wiring ප්‍රශ්නෙකට..
ප්‍රශ්නෙ තිබුනෙ ac off කරල තිබුනත් radiator fan ඔන් වෙද්දි ac clutch එක අල්ලනව..

ඉතිම් wiring එක check කරන් යද්දි fan relay එක on කරන line එක ac relay එකට bypass කරල තිබුනෙ.. original relay signel line එක disconnect කරල තිබුන..

original line connect කරල බැලුව ac relay signel එක එන්නෙ නැ..මම කලින් post එකෙත් කිව්ව වගෙ,මෙ signel එක out කරන්නෙ ecu එකෙන්..

ඉතින් ecu එක ගලවල connection check කරල බැලුවම, ecu එකට ac එක on කරන්න අදාල සියලුවම signel ආවත් ac compressior relay signel එක out වෙන්නෙ නැ..හැබැයි fan relay signel එක out වෙනව..

ඉතිම් පැහැදිලිවම ප්‍රශ්නය ecu එකේ..🥲

දුර ඉදල මාව විශ්වාසකරන් ආවම හරවල යවන්නෙ කොහොමද..🥺

ECU එක ගලවල check කරල බැලුවම ecu එකේ transistor array ic එකක (hf9921) AC relay out එකට අදාල transistor එකක fault එකක්..මෙක වෙන්නෙ එ signel line එක positive line එකකට short circuit උනොත් තමා...සමහර වෙලාවට check lamp වලින් ,සහ bypass වලින් පිටින් supply line අල්ල අල්ල ලෙඩ හොයන්න ගියහම මෙහෙම වෙන්න පුලුවම්

එවෙලාවෙ original ic එකක් ම හොයාගන්න නැති නිසා වෙනම mosfet එකක් couple කරල ecu එකේ repair එක කරල එ ෆෝල්ට් එක fix කරා..
HVAC direction control එකත් repair කරල ac control panel එකෙ bulb ටිකත් replace කරල original විදියටම ac එකත් හරි..💯

ඊලගට odo meter එකෙ ප්‍රශ්නයක් තිබුන..vehicle speed එක පෙන්නුවට milageඑක trip එක දුවන්නෙ නැ..
මීටර් එක ගලවල බැලුවම milage අඩුකරන්න ගිහින් stepper motor එක damage කරල..ඒකත් ඉතිම් fix කරල දුන්න..😇
තව headlight switch ,wiring එකෙ තිබුනු පොඩි පොඩි අඩුපාඩු ටිකත් repair කරා...

ඔක්කොගෙම photos නම් ගන්න time එකක් උනේ නැ ඉතිම්🥲
