If you didn’t know that when you used contents from an other business to promote yours, it’s called “unauthorized use of content” 💁🏽

Or more specifically:
• Content theft (if they took your videos without permission)
• Copyright infringement (legal term if you own the rights)
• Misappropriation (using your work to promote something else)
• False endorsement (if it looks like you’re supporting that business)
• Commercial misuse of content (using your videos for profit without consent)

Finally, If they refuse to remove it and it’s harming your reputation or business, you can send a cease-and-desist letter (a lawyer can draft one).
• For serious cases, you can sue for damages (lost income, reputational harm).
