The vehicle exhibited recurrent turbocharger failures despite multiple replacements. Diagnostic inspection revealed that the turbocharger oil feed line was severely restricted due to carbonized oil deposits and sludge accumulation, resulting in insufficient lubrication to the turbocharger assembly. The restricted oil flow led to premature bearing wear and repeated turbocharger breakdowns.
Corrective action involved replacement and cleaning of the oil feed tube, installation of a new turbocharger, and restoration of proper lubrication flow. Post-repair testing confirmed normal turbocharger function and stable engine performance.
