ពិធីសម្ពោធតារាងបាល់ទាត់របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ អូតូម៉ូធីវ (ខេមបូឌា) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ លោក លីវ សេងហ៊ីម អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកក្រគរ និង លោក ហ្រ្គែន ហាន់នីមែន៏ ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងទូទៅផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្សនៃក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ (ខេមបូឌា) នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានអមដំណើរពីលោកមេឃុំស្នាអន្សា លោកប្រធានការិយាល័យអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡាស្តី លោកអធិរងនៃអធិការដ្ឋាននគរបាលស្រុក ស្ថិតនៅភូមិសារវ័ន ឃុំស្នាអន្សារ ស្រុកក្រគរ ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរលោកអភិបាលបានកោតសសើរដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនអ អិម អេ អូតូម៉ូធីវ (ខេមបូឌា) ដែលបានផ្តួចផ្ដើមនូវការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់យ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរក្នុងការបង្កើនចំណងមិត្តភាពរវាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិក ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាពតាមរយៈការលេងកីឡា។
ថ្លែងក្នុងអង្គពិធីលោក ហ្រ្គែន ហាន់នីមែន៏ បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា"មិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាការបើកសម្ពោធទីលានបាល់ទាត់មួយប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការបង្កើតលំហមួយដែលលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាព ស្មារតីក្រុម មិត្តភាព និងការតភ្ជាប់កាន់តែរឹងមាំជាមួយសហគមន៍" ។
នៅក្រុមហ៊ុន អ អិម អេ អូតូម៉ូធីវ (ខេមបូឌា) យើងជឿជាក់ថា កន្លែងធ្វើការ មិនគួរតែផ្តោតតែលើផលិតភាពការងារប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើសុខុមាលភាពរបស់បុគ្គលិកយើងផងដែរ។ ទីលានបាល់ទាត់នេះ ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង ដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្តឲ្យបុគ្គលិករបស់យើងមានសកម្មភាពកីឡា បង្កើនសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងក្រុម និងរីករាយជាមួយបរិយាកាសការងារដ៏វិជ្ជមាន ក្រៅពីការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។
Official Inauguration Ceremony of New Football Court of RMA Automotive (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd. was held on morning April, 30, 2026, presided over by Mr. Live Senghim, Head of Krakor district governor and Mr. Grant Honeyman, HR General Manager of RMA (Cambodia) Plc, RMA Automotive (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd. The ceremony brought together representatives from the Head Operation of Education Youth and Sport of Krakor district, Head of commune and neighbors' factory.
On that occasion, the Governor expressed his appreciation to RMA Automotive (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. for its initiative and strong commitment to fostering good relationships between management and employees, as well as promoting health through sports activities.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Grant Honeyman emphasized that, ‘this is not merely the inauguration of a football field, but the creation of a space that promotes health, team spirit, friendship, and stronger connections with the community.’
At RMA Automotive (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., we believe that the workplace should not focus solely on productivity but must also prioritize the well-being of our employees. This football field was established to encourage our staff to engage in sports activities, strengthen team unity, and enjoy a positive working environment beyond their daily tasks.”
