ACCIDENT FACTORS AND DESCRIPTIONS :

1.ANCESTRY AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT,which includes, recklessness, stubbornness and other undesirable traits of character. Environment,uncondusive weather condition etc.

2.FAULT OF A PERSON, such as recklessness ,excitability etc

3.UNSAFE ACTS/MECHANICAL/PHYSICAL HAZARD,unsafe performance of a driver such as driving when operating a phone,mechanical brake failure, physical hazard such loss of lights etc.

In general most of these accidents are caused by just simple human errors.
A speeding running engine needs a full concentration.

Motorists, you should learn how to use lanes in super highway. In this video we can see motorists without reflectors and no indicator lights when approaching the exit .If at all he's going straight, then he's in the wrong lane.
