ch to the car importation . Whatever your taste, need or budget at Pinien you are in the right hands. We are a reputable client centric importer of both new and used vehicles. The client with some assistance from our dedicated staff identifies the vehicle they would wish to import from the various car importation sites such as SBT Japan,Papera, beforward or Autocom Japan. Once the vehicle is identified we negotiate on behalf of the client to ensure they get the best price possible and after we put up a deposit to ensure the car is reserved. We advise our clients on payment of Cost, insurance and freight (CIF) and after clearing that hurdle we then ensure that the car is booked for inspection by QISJ INSPECTION FACILITIES as is the requirement for all vehicles shipped into the country and thereafter shipping by the next available vessel. Original documents are sent to us for safe keeping and about a week before the arrival of the ship, we arrange for payment of the duty to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and relevant Import Declaration Fee (IDF).Our clearing agent begins the procedures for clearing the vehicle at the port of Mombasa and does this all in good time so as to ensure that the vehicle does not incur any demurrage charges. The vehicle is then transported to Nairobi or the expected destination via a car carrier or driven all dependent upon the client where any other customer request including detailing or identity is done and the car delivered accompanied with all relevant documentation for the client’s safe keeping and perusal. We pride ourselves in handling our clients with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism thus ensuring a satisfactory experience to each and every client that uses our services
