In Kenya, 7 years are less used cars are imported majorly from Japan and some from UK too. . . Though before cars are shipped to Kenya they are thoroughly inspected and and QISJ inspection certificate is issued. . . But still you must check the car very well yourself before owning it. Specially most of the cars they are hybrid or even in normal vehicles systems are electrical. It is advised to get it diagnosed with machine before buying. . . Bossie, when on the road, you are driving. Just believe that only you are the one who knows driving, everyone else is just learner or does not know driving at all. On the road, you can keep yourself safe only. My brother, if your car is damaged or yourself gotten hurt in a road accident, you are the one going to suffer not the person who is on wrong side or who was not driving well.
