Ram is ready to tear up the streets with the introduction of a new family of for 2027! This is the all-new Rumble Bee and it’s the first-time we’re seeing a high performance street truck since the Viper powered Ram SRT-10 from 20+ years ago! The new offers an all-you-can-eat buffet of HEMI V8 muscle from the base Rumble Bee, to the first-ever , to the most powerful V8 production street truck ever, the ! The base truck has the 5.7L OHV HEMI V8 pumping out 395 HP and 410 lb-ft of torque. Ram says that model will be good for 0-60 MPH in 6.1 secs! The next option is the first-time we are seeing a Ram 1500 with the 392 HEMI engine, which means the 6.4L OHV V8 is pumping out 470 HP and 455 lb-ft of torque. This motor is good for 0-60 MPH in 5.2 secs! The top dog is the SRT, which uses the new 6.2L Supercharged Hellcat V8 from the TRX that produces a whopping 777 HP and 680 lb-ft of torque. This combo is good for 0-60 in 3.4 secs with a targeted top speed of 170 MPH. All Rumble Bee trucks have full-time 4WD with a RWD mode for Smokey burnouts and drifts. Fuel economy, you ask… Who cares? But it’ll be announced at a later date and all trucks use the 8-speed ZF AT with launch control on the SRT and 392 Track.
Ram created a new Quad Cab short bed configuration for the Rumble Bee, which means a 5’7” long bed with the “extended cab” body style for the first time and it pairs nicely with the 88” widebody sport truck styling. All models have massive 22” wheels with the 5.7L and 392 riding on fat 285 width tires with optional 305’s at a later date. The 392 Track Pack and SRT roll on even wider 325 width tires with sombrero sized 16” rotors in the front clamped down by a 6-piston Brembo caliper! These versions also get an adaptive air suspension with adjustable dampers, a first for an SRT product. Pricing isn’t available just yet, but you can expect to find the base 5.7L at your local dealer by the end of this year, with the 392 and SRT showing up in early 2027. The Brotherhood of Muscle is alive and well at Stellantis and we can’t wait to drive these smoking hot new trucks! Our detailed First Look video is now live.
