Ogni cerchio è sottoposto ad un controllo finale con una prova di tenuta aria ad una pressione di 4 BAR, per garantire sempre la massima affidabilità. The quality is for A.M.V. an essential requisite in the manufacture. That the reason why all the A.M.V. wheels are produced by low pressure casting in low permanent mold using ALSI 7% SR Primary aluminium or AZ91 Magnesium always primary. Following complete heat treatment is giving to wheels, in Aluminium and in Magnesium, the best mechanical proprieties, in order to emphasizes the resistance. The full machining is using the best and modern CNC machines and robot in order to certify the best precision in driving. Wheels are always tested for air leaking at the end of production cycle with a 4 BAR pressure, this to guarantee the maximum reliability.

In low temperatures and low-grip conditions, bringing the tyres up to operating temperature as quickly as possible is essential.

The WSK Euro Series comes to an end in Cremona with another outstanding weekend and strong results across multiple categories! 💪

In OK-N Junior, Enea Pezzutto takes a brilliant victory after claiming overall pole position, two heat wins and one second place, before winning Prefinal B and sealing the Final win! 🥇🚀

In OK-N, Nicolas Marchesi finishes P2 in the Final and secures the Vice Champion title after taking overall pole, two heat wins and one second place in the heats, followed by victory in Prefinal A! 🥈✌

Cristian Blandino completes the OK-N podium in P3 after qualifying P3 in his group, taking one heat win, one second place in the heats and P2 in Prefinal B 🥉🔥

In OKJ, Teo Pelfrene rounds off the weekend with a strong P3 in the Final, following a second-place finish in one of his heats 🥉⚡

𝗖𝗡𝗖 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 is a fundamental stage of the manufacturing process. The cutting tool operates along multiple axes, finishing the component until the final design geometry is achieved.
