Spa Six Hours weekend underway, surprisingly so far! Qualifying last night, but hectic as always with red flags and traffic etc, so no chance for a clean run but p5 on the grid for this afternoon’s race. That’ll do! Long day ahead!!

Absolutely not what we expected when the car suffered an almost comically timed and super rare mechanical failure on its way to the grid for the final round of the season, but turns out we’d done just enough to secure the GT class championship! 🥳 What a HUGE privilege it has been to work with Michael Bartels and his amazing people at Vita4One Racing, and to race the extraordinary Maserati MC12 GT1 which has been a dream of mine since its launch over twenty years ago. Enormous thanks to Alex for entrusting me with such an important car, and huge congratulations on a thoroughly well-deserved first historic racing title. THANK YOU to all involved, this was a blast. 🥳🍾🥂🏆🏁🇮🇹🇩🇪🇬🇧
