🔍 Inside the Component - The Withdrawal Pipe Filter

Small components often play an important role in the overall reliability of an LPG system.

Installed on the withdrawal pipe of the multivalve, the filter is designed to retain solid contaminants that may be present in the LPG before they reach downstream components.
Its function helps protect downstream components and supports the proper operation of the LPG system.

🔧Tighten with precision.

Every Tomasetto installation manual provides the recommended tightening torque for the relevant connections.
Following the specified torque helps ensure proper assembly while preventing unnecessary stress or damage to threads, sealing surfaces and components.

Always follow the installation instructions and use the tools specified in the product manual.
Precision during installation is just as important as precision in manufacturing.

🔍 INSIDE THE COMPONENT - The Float Rod

The float rod is specifically designed for each multivalve and tank configuration.

Its length and geometry are carefully defined because they operate the 80% filling device, helping ensure the correct maximum filling level inside the LPG tank.

For this reason, it should ❌ never be bent or modified during installation.

Always install the multivalve exactly as supplied by the manufacturer, .

Every component we manufacture is the result of teamwork.

Last Friday we put work aside for a few hours to enjoy our annual company summer gathering: it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside the workplace, share conversations, and celebrate the people who contribute every day to Tomasetto Achille.

Not every opening is meant to be closed.

The ventilation hole on the Nordic XP reducer is designed to remain free.
Blocking or sealing it may affect the correct operation of the reducer.
During installation, make sure it is never obstructed.

✅ Correct installation also means paying attention to the smallest details.

🔍 INSIDE THE COMPONENT - The Spring

This spring is part of the Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) of the AT02 Sprint multivalve.

Together with the adjustment plug, it defines the opening pressure of the safety valve. The spring preload is calibrated during production to ensure the valve opens at the specified pressure.

Although small, it is one of the components that contributes to the safe operation of the multivalve.
