GFG Style Born in 2015 from the extraordinary experience of Giorgetto e Fabrizio Giugiaro

GFG Style was born in 2015 from the extraordinary experience in the field of car design of its founders, Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro. Giorgetto is known all over the world as one of the most successful designers in automotive history. Fabrizio has been active in car design, industrial design and the planning and development of car interiors and exteriors for public and private clientsfor over

30 years. They have been directly responsible for creating over 300 standard production models and more than 200 research prototypes fornumerous different manufacturers. GFG Style operates two premises in Moncalieri (Turin): its headquarters and an operational building. Fabrizio and Giorgetto Giugiaro have thus established the conditions that allow them to develop the personal skills to develop automotive projects with the facilities of a new styling centre that generates innovative ideas using the most futuristic simulation and virtual reality technologies; the development of models and styling prototypes benefits from the specialist collaboration agreements consolidated in 50 years of activity that the automotive district of Turin can offer. From the start, GFG Style was an important benchmark for car design, collaborating with numerous Asian and European car makers. Today it offers the motor industry a wide range of services and consultancy, centred on the conception, design and development of new vehicles and products: from styling to feasibility, modelling and prototyping, right down to the construction of show cars.

At first glance, it looks like a perfectly preserved classic car from the 1960s; in reality, it’s a thoroughly contemporary model, built today based on a design by Giorgetto Giugiaro that had remained on paper for decades.

The Bizzarrini 5300 Aperta Lusso is built around a single-piece carbon-fibre composite body, one of the largest of its type in the world. The semi-monocoque bonded chassis approach yields a body that is simultaneously structure and sculpture. The roof has been removed without compromising structural integrity, thanks to a bespoke steel reinforcement assembly added to the transmission tunnel along with a cross-body bar to surpass the torsional rigidity of the 60’s coupe.

A sports car driven on the beach that delivers top-level performance? It’s possible, if the car in question is something more than just a sports car: the Kangaroo is, in fact, a Hyper SUV, the first one created by GFG Style in 2019.

This type of vehicle - which designer Fabrizio Giugiaro has helped define over the past twenty years - combines adaptability to any type of terrain with peak performance, all powered by a full-electric powertrain.

The DEUTZ-FAHR Series 3 tractor line, designed in collaboration with GFG Style, includes super-compact and versatile models engineered for excellent performance in any situation. Their great versatility makes them perfect for use in vineyards, orchards, and protected crops, as well as in greenhouses, for applications with small front loaders, and for municipal agencies maintaining roads, parks, and gardens.

The ease of use in the driver’s seat is unmatched: onboard comfort is top-notch, thanks to platforms that are completely isolated from the transmission by anti-vibration rubber Silent-Blocks, which ensure a significant reduction in noise and vibrations. Furthermore, thanks to a well-thought-out interior design and a control layout that meets the most advanced ergonomic standards, driving stress is significantly reduced.

The Bugatti EB112, designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, boasted a number of nostalgic styling features referencing the famous models of the legendary French brand from the late Thirties but presented in a car with innovative mechanicals. The EB112 in many respects was a dream car and a forerunner to what we today know as high-performance fastback models. It flawlessly combines design with technological and engineering features that were majorly ahead of its time, such as the split rear window and the longitudinal rib that runs along the roof and rear end.

The designer began careful analysis of the Bugatti sedans of the past to gather all of the creative genius behind them, taking from them the aesthetic and functional features that would give the new model the same expressive power. To recreate the Bugatti's traditional sports soul, Giugiaro designed a hatchback model, giving it a generous passenger compartment, equal to that of a prestige sedan.

The GFG Vision 2030, designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro, stands out among all contemporary supercars thanks to bold, striking design choices, such as the two-tone body made of aluminum and carbon fiber, or the wide mudguards that double as air intakes.

The innovative character of this Hyper SUV, combined with its full-electric powertrain, is what makes it one of the most beloved and sought-after vehicles at SOC events, the community of enthusiasts of custom-built cars, hypercars, and historic vehicles with which GFG has been collaborating for years.

Bugatti EB 112 is part of the Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro Collection, a collection of cars assembled over the years by a father-and-son design duo to document their journey and the evolution of their design work, which has now joined the national network of museums run by ASI Automotoclub Storico Italiano.

This luxury sedan was invited to the recent Andermatt event organized by SOC - Supercar Owners Circle - the renowned community of enthusiasts of custom-built cars, hypercars, and historic vehicles - and was one of the undisputed protagonists: acclaimed when it was shown for the first time in 1993, it combines the classic luxury category and stately tradition with that of contemporary design.

The Radar Tyres Renegade R/T is a rugged terrain range that is designed by Omni United in collaboration with GFG Style to give exceptional off-road performance coupled with on-road comfort and sophistication. On-road, this tyre gives drivers superior handling with a quiet and smooth ride, while off-road it has the capability to go anywhere that a pure M/T tyre can.

Wide centre tread blocks help balance the weight distribution, while mud penetrating dagger shaped lugs on the side offer added traction and sidewall protection, all with a flaming demon design.

“My greatest professional disappointment has been canceled projects, far more so than any mistakes. Mistakes teach you something. Canceled projects leave a sense of unfinished business. I’ve seen hundreds of cars die before they were even born; it’s part of the job. I still dream about some of them: ideas never truly die; they stay tucked away in a drawer and may resurface twenty years later in different forms.”

A long and in-depth interview with Fabrizio Giugiaro, full of insights, ranging from his upbringing to his passions, from his relationship with his father Giorgetto to his approach to electric vehicles and artificial intelligence, conducted by journalist Paolo Artemi and published in Corriere della Sera’s StyleMagazine.

The new edition of Goodwood Festival of Speed that has been held for more than thirty years at Goodwood House in England, opened this year with an exceptional unveiling: the Bizzarrini Automobili 5300 Aperta Lusso. This “New Classic”, designed on paper by Giorgetto Giugiaro over sixty years ago, is now coming to life in a limited series of ten custom-built models.

The first car, the focus of the presentation, is called “La Dolce Vita,” and it is the realization of a dream: a combination of luxury and modern technology with the style and elegance of the 1960s. To the naked eye it is a vintage car, from behind the wheel it offers all the reassurance, comfort and reliability of the 21st Century.

The open-topped interpretation of the 5300 GT Corsa, the most renowned model produced by Bizzarrini Automobili, was always part of the vision of the overall project. In 1962, the now famous arch structure was first seen in a prototype by Giorgetto Giugiaro whilst at Bertone. The Bizzarrini company was focused on racing, so the design and drawings for the open car went into the archive, to remain this way following the shuttering of the company in 1969. Now - decades later - in the company’s resurgent new era those drawings become the foundation for the next evolution and the first modern-day Bizzarrini.
