This Jetta customer who is a close friend and client of us had asked us for a stage 1+ ECU remap with Egr soft delete. With all the periodic maintenance and everything done through us we were confident enough to push some good numbers on this car. We did a stage 1+ ECU remap in-house from accompanied with an Egr soft delete and VMax

We had met glen a year back when he had asked if we could remap his car at the time we tried to remap his car but found out that our tool never supported Simos 9.1 which was an old ECU , these ECU’s came in the 1.2 first gen Polo 6R Mpi . Post a year when glen approached us with the same we had new tools and more better approach. Although the modifications on these ECU’s are very less. Glen had asked for a stage 2 ECU remap with gunshots. It took us time to find the fuel trim map so we had to do revsions but on the third we did perfect the map. Now the car runs a stage 2 ECU Remap from with gunshots 🌚

Polo’s are never ending for us , here we have a Polo GT 1.2 tsi customer from Bangalore who had contacted us because he wanted the car to perform reliably since we were in BLR at the time we had to flash the car. We did a stage 2 ECU remap with crackles overrun at higher RPM’s. The Customer was quite happy how the car turned out to be.

When our ever close friend told that one of his friends were looking to build his 2.0 TDi Jetta we were quite confident to build it up. What can we say by the end of the build which consisted of many late nights the owner turned out to be a very good close friend of ours. Post flashing the stage 2 we found the car to be heating a little so we reverted the map to stock which the car heated again after a spirited drive. So we were back at ._tech to check the hardware of the car to which we found the maintenance on this car was not the best it had received over years. So we took in interest and changed the following parts :

> Front Bumper ( Painted )
> Bi-Xenon Headlights ( coded )
> Timing Kit , Water-pump and Thermostat
> Radiator Fixed and cleaned the intercooler
> Steering Column changed
> Paddle shift coding was out of place which we recoded properly
> Full System exhaust

By the end of the build it turns out we are thick friends isn’t it 😂😜🤣

Gunshots! We are new to the game . Here is a Polo 1.0 MPi which had come to us from Aroor in Kollam , they were already running a full system from and was looking for some performance with a little bit of gunshots. We don’t promote these but if a customer asks us we make sure that we deliver what they ask for , so we delivered what we do best. This car is running a stage 2 ECU remap from with the extra sauce 🫣😁.

This Audi A4 B8 belonging to a close friend of ours, the issue he had that was the car being a 2.0 TDi with a CVT gearbox meaning that the shifts were not visible until your in sports mode , so the idea was to improve drivability and power. Since the cvt was a tricky part to figure out we eventually figured out how to put in power. By the second revision we had fixed the map with what the customer was looking for and the customer took a long test-drive and came back happy. So this car is running in-house stage 1+ ECU remap.

Polo invasion never stopped 🌚

This polo belongs to a good friend of ours who had recently got himself this 1.2 GT Tsi which came to us for a Stage 2 Set up with the car being already having a full system exhaust from and coilovers. The customer wanted a safe stage 2 car. So we did a stage 2 ECU Remap from . We also installed Big Brake Kit of 288 improving the braking .

1.0TDGi is becoming another insane platform for building. So these engine comes in the Hyundai i20nline , hyundai venue- nline and in the kia sonet. With almost 118 HP and 175NM mated to a 7 speed DCT gear box , it is a serious competitor for the 1.0tsi but lets dive deep with the gearbox being a small restriction in the dct variants the 1.0tdgi manual felt more fun for us. The dct gearbox is somewhat similar to DQ200 with the shifting resemblance. We also found these gearbox have troubles when pushed to a higher torque level too. This car was done in back in 2025 by us but had issues when pushed more torque as the car was going to limp. So the customer went stock for us to do the research although we are quite late with that we finished it. We restricted the torque upto 230NM for the DCT versions but gave more on the manual versions. Now this car has gone through a inhouse stage 2 ECU Remap with OPF delete .

Stage 2 : 148HP/230NM

We are not stopping development on this platform as we are planning to dyno this build and see how it performs on the dyno too.

This Maruthi Suzuki Swift had come to us for a stage 1 ECU remap , the customer wanted more drivability and pops. Although this being the first Gen Bosch ME17 ecu it took us time to figure out , but we tried and tested multiple maps to make it perfect and eventually perfected it. We flashed our in house Stage 1 with pops.

The polo Invasion never stopped. We now have a polo 1.0 tsi which came to us for better drivability and power. This car is driven by the customer all the time in city and he wanted something fun out of it, as usual we always deliver and thats what we do best so we flashed him our inhouse stage 1+ map from . This set up is quite an aggressive set up as it has a good load of low end and power to pull it to the top end.

Stage 1+ : 140HP/230NM

We also want to thank and for trusting us with he car. We also have done a brembo drilled rotor upgrade on this car to improve the braking.
