Load vehicle में high speed पर breaker/gaddhe से jump करना, U-bolt का properly tight न होना और overload में गलत speed से चलना Leaf Spring पर ज्यादा stress डाल सकता है.

क्या Leaf Spring में सिर्फ एक पट्टा बदलना सही है? 🤔

हर बार पूरी कमानी बदलने की जरूरत नहीं होती। अगर कमानी नई है और leaf में breakage किसी गड्ढे, loose U-bolt या center bolt की वजह से हुआ है, तो सिर्फ damaged leaf को replace करके कमानी को फिर से सही working condition में लाया जा सकता है.

लेकिन फैसला लेने से पहले पूरी कमानी की condition जरूर check करें. 🔧

Overloading sirf vehicle par nahi, leaf spring ki life par bhi asar karta hai.

Har leaf spring ko ek specific load capacity ke according design kiya jata hai. Jab vehicle designed load se zyada weight carry karta hai, spring par additional stress padta hai.
