🚨 OIL + COOLANT MIXED?! THIS RAPID TDI WAS A MESS. 🛢️💧

This Škoda Rapid TDI arrived at our workshop on a tow truck after its oil cooler failed internally, causing engine oil and coolant to mix into the cooling system.

But there was more… 👀

On the way to our workshop, the tow truck damaged the oil sump, adding another repair to an already serious job.

We stripped it down and took care of everything properly:

🔧 Oil cooler failure rectified
🛠️ Oil sump repaired
⛓️ Drive belt kit replaced
💧 Water pump replaced
🔩 V-belt replaced
🚿 Complete cooling system flush
✅ OEM-grade parts used throughout

No cheap parts.
No shortcuts.
No temporary fixes.

Parts used are Following-

Magneti Marelli Oil Cooler
Continental Timing Belt Kit
Continental Water Pump
Continental V-Belt
Eurol G12+ Coolant
Motul Engine Oil

Every component replaced was selected to meet OEM-grade quality, and the cooling system was thoroughly flushed to ensure the oil/coolant contamination was completely dealt with. And with 2.30L kms on the Odo, Doing this job correctly was a must..

After a complete inspection and proper repair, this Rapid TDI is back on the road and running flawlessly. 💯🔥

From a failed oil cooler and damaged sump… to a properly sorted TDI.

Now there are not alot of A4’s getting these upgrades day by day hence this one’s a rare sight..
And it’s not like A4’s in India did not come with this Spec, but building your own car according to your own taste hits different.
And Project.3030 ‘s plans were always unique since the day they bought this car..
As we came in Touch, Took whole charge of the job without any second questions..,
Now from factory car came with-
MIB2 STD w/o Navigation & Carplay/AAuto.

Now the Car has Following Upgrades..
MIB2 HIGH w Inbuilt Navigation and Carplay/AAuto
Europe to Indian Navigation Database
8.25in Headunit Display Upgrade
12.3in Audi OEM Virtual Cockpit
12k PLA w Auto Park and 360 Degree Vehicle Monitoring and Auto Unpark from a Parked Space..
Now all of the Parts are Imported from Europe so we did a full Calibration of the Systems that they perform at their Peak at all Times..
We also Performed the Due Maintenance for Transmission and Engine with the Best Replacement Parts out There..
So overall zero Compromises With the Car and we also Thoroughly enjoyed working on this Project as it was Really Interesting for Us as well..

Last year around the same time we installed a Maxidot Cluster & Multi Function Steering Wheel, BMC Air Filter and Auto Headlamp Switch to this Polo..

This year things got even better and a whole lot more has been added to this car..

We have added
Polo 6C LED Headlights
MIB2 Discover Media
OEM Vw Flip Reverse Camera
OEM Passat Cabin Light w Dome Light

All of these parts are installed Professionally with no ‘Jugaad’s so for the Coming Years car stays Error Free..

Removed Old Aftermarket Reverse Camera with it’s wiring and OEM Flip Camera took Charge..

MIB 2 is also enabled with all of the latest functions such as Latest Firmware, Vehicle Menu, Multiple Skins which can be Replaced by the End User.. (D.M to unlock Your MIB’s Potential)..

Navigation Functions are now available on Maxidot cluster as well.. which very well integrate and Give a Proper OEM feel and feedback..
