This is a tale of two scooter brands.
🙂One chose the hard path—focused on strong research and development, rigorous quality testing, and building from the ground up. They made sure customers received a reliable product worth their hard-earned money. The journey was slow. They struggled with funding and couldn’t even launch across all of India initially.
🥴The other started with deep pockets. No funding issues. They followed the typical “jugaad” approach—getting the job done, often at the cost of quality. Their first product was launched within just 1.5 years, without proper R&D. Skilled employees left due to unrealistic targets and pressure. For a while, the brand thrived, backed by a successful and experienced owner. But success built on weak foundations doesn’t last.
⏩Fast forward to last month—sales of the first scooter are now three times higher than the latter.
I’m not naming them here. But if you follow our channel, you’ll know.😉
