Urgent Requirement for Sr. Quality Analyst at Pune

Designation:Sr. Quality Analyst

Reporting to: Team Lead – Operations

Job Profile:
1. To monitor live/ recorded calls of the counselors.

2. To provide feedback to the counselors

3. To ensure that the Quality benchmarks are fulfilled

4. Call Calibration

5. To derive Quality Initiatives in order to increase the Quality Scores

6. To conduct Quality sessions on fortnightly and Monthly basis

7. Certification of New Hires

8. Will be involved in Call Analysis

9. To circulate reports to all the concerns on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

10. To maintain Quality MIS


Eligibility Criteria:

1. Excellent Communication Skills.

2. Min Graduate

3. 1-3 years of Experience as QA in International/Domestic BPO.

Provide analysis & examine data immaculately to aid decision making
Prepare month on month Cost analysis
