Jaguar XE SV Project 8 Sets New Lap Record At The Dubai Autodrome Circuit
The Jaguar XE SV Project 8 was driven by Jaguar Land Rover Test Driver and Engineering support, Xavi Barrio Duato.
The new Jaguar XE SV Project 8 has lapped the 5.39 km Dubai Autodrome GP circuit in 2:18:81 minutes, making it the fastest four-door saloon car around the Dubai Autodrome circuit. he Jaguar XE SV Project 8 is the latest fastest four-door saloon in production. The new Jaguar XE SV Project 8 has lapped the 5.39 km Dubai Autodrome GP circuit in 2:18:81 minutes, making it the fastest four-door saloon car around the circuit. It has already broken two previous speed records. First is the 20.8 km Nurburgring Nordschleife in Germany in November 2017 followed by California's Laguna Seca Raceway in September, 2018.
SV in the name of the Jaguar XE SV Project 8 refers to the Special Vehicles Operations division at Jaguar Land Rover who has handcrafted this extreme road-legal performance machine. It is based on the standard Jaguar XE, and SV has replaced the standard 2.0-litre engine with the 5.0-litre, Supercharged V8 motor which churns out a whopping 592 bhp and has enough grunts to pull this car to up to 320 kmph. It can clock triple-digit speed in 3.7 seconds.

As a part of this recall, Maruti Suzuki will check and update the actuator assembly ABS Software on 3,757 units of the Baleno, manufactured between December 6th, 2018 & February 4th, 2019.

The MG3 was put up for display at Phoenix Marketcity Bengaluru. The MG3 is a compact hatchback, having more safety and a lot of features.Decent amount of headroom and knee room is available, but taller passengers might have to struggle a bit for kneeroom at the rear.
Unfortunately the MG3 won't be able to make it to the Indian Automotive market.

MG - Morris Garages had organized an event from 15th - 17th February called "EXPERIENCE THE WORLD OF MG" at Phoenix Marketcity Bengaluru. The cars that were lined up for display are MG3, eMG6, MG RX5 & the MG HS. But unfortunately none of these are going to be launched anytime soon. The only car which will be landing on Indian soil will be the MG Hector. Below are pictures of the MG Cars that were being showcased at the event.
