Hello everyone. Been getting a lot of phone calls recently asking if we are still open for business due to the lack of posts on the page. Our work load is always non stop, everytime we post on the page it generates a lot of work we just can’t keep up with the amount of rot in the country 🙈

A pair of 2012 Toyota Hilux in for major revamp

Rear tubs removed & descaled. Tubs patched with 1.2mm

Major fabrication work on both chassis, new 6mm rear chassis, new tow bar brackets, crossmembers, spring hangers, rear shock mount’s, diesel tank hangers & straps, tub mounts & exhaust brackets

Original spare wheel mounts re-fitted, diesel tank refitted, 2 new brake pipes made & fitted & rotten exhaust fl**ge cut off & joined

Finished with 2 layers of Dinitrol under-seal. New diesel filler pipes, new shocks, new bolts, lock nuts etc fitted to all brackets

All brackets, crossmembers, floor pans etc all custom made in house, double the strength of original parts

Hello folks. It’s been 7 months since the last post on the page but we have been in full swing. Been over loaded with MOT re-test work since Christmas it’s been non stop but we have finally caught up & diary is open for work

We dont normally do under-seal work but as it is becoming more popular and more customers asking we had our first job in this week

Chassis hot washed
De-scaled & rust grinded down to the metal
Few patches welded on
De-greased
Wiring loom, brake pipes etc all tapped up
2 coats of Dinitrol

Cleaned
Full 2 layer under-seal
Re-built with all new parts including new diesel filler pipes, new rear shocks, new diesel flap pull cord, nuts, bolts & jubilee clips
