🚐 We’re Hiring | Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles Ireland Technical Support Specialist

Motor Distributors Limited, the exclusive importer and distributor of Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Truck, smart, BYD and XPENG in Ireland, is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join our Commercial Vehicle After-Sales team at our Head Office on the Naas Road, Dublin 12.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Motor Technician with a strong technical background to work closely with our Dealer Network and Fleet Customers, providing expert support and helping keep businesses moving.

🔧 Key responsibilities include:

Providing technical support across our dealer and fleet network
Liaising with manufacturers on technical issues
Delivering excellent customer support and resolving queries
Supporting technical administration

👤 We’re looking for someone who:

Has 3–4 years’ experience as a Motor Technician
Has strong after-sales technical knowledge
Is customer-focused, proactive and detail-oriented
Works well both independently and as part of a team
